Festival of Curiosity – Learn through curiosity on the streets of Dublin

The Festival of Curiosity transforms Dublin into an interactive playground for all ages. The event takes place from the 18th to the 21st of July this year and is almost guaranteed to sell out.

The festival is a colourful fusion of cutting-edge technology, design, arts and science melded together in immersive and curious ways.

The event is run over three days and across 14 venues and spaces around Dublin City Centre. Up to 45,000 people from around the world will flock to the capital to soak in “playful days and curious nights” with heaps of interactive installations, secret tours, night cycles, and urban escapes.

Set up in 2013 with the support of Founding Partners Dublin City Council, The Matheson Foundation, The RDS and Science Foundation Ireland, The Festival of Curiosity brings a fresh research-led approach to audience participation and education.

Taking learners out of the classroom and onto the streets of Dublin, The Festival of Curiosity, showcases that education comes in many forms.
